I found an ad looking for hair models. I scheduled appointment to get my hair done for an important event. She was going to do highlights and blow out my hair and cut it. She apologized and said she forgot to write my name in the book. I explained I already had a babysitter. If I didnt message her I would have shown up there? This was wrong. They should have found a way to fit me in, and not just by the 2 interns. She could have looked to a regular hairstylist. Her manager should have done something. My event is tomorrow and I cant find anyone still to do my hair because I was relying on this. Unfair to my time and money.\n\nUpdate: there was no miscommunication. I have all of the messages. I clearly stated what I wanted, and the 2nd time I messaged her (an hour before my appointment) it was for less services (no root tap). She was very clear on what I wanted. It is unfair for you to say there was a miscommunication miscommunication there was none. This was her not putting me in the book. Then he told my granddaughter to get out of his chair, so one of the other lady took the polish off the others hand.. I ended up taking her some where else. Which the place I took her did a beautiful job.. Perfection Nail Bad Customer service very rude, and there skills with designing nails nail art is in the basement. The owner Jenny was not there this past Saturday and the customer service by the other nail techs was AWFUL! I will was told 3 times to come back - come back in one hour and then 20 minutes and then another 20 minutes. I got a gel manicure here and didnt have a good experience. I was in total shock, I’ve had several gel pedicures in the past (at other locations) and my feet have always been soaked, after my old gel nail polish has been removed. When receiving a pedicure I always look forward to having my feet soaked prior to them starting or while one foot is being worked on. For $58, for a gel pedicure, I expected that and more. I actually ended up getting a French pedicure and the price increased to $68, which is extremely high but decided to do it because I was going away in a trip. I normally pay at other places for a gel pedi around $40 (Montclair). However, never again will I go back. I did ask the girl who was doing my toes why wasn’t there any water in the bin and why weren’t my feet being soaked and she just shrugged her shoulders and said that how we do it. Will never go back.
