I went in with hair upto my waist and asked for a proper change with face frame and curtain bangs. I told her I like to style my hair every now and then and can maintain it. I was so excited to finally get a haircuf after 2 years and came out super disappointed.\nOh and she dint even show me the cut properly, she styled it with a curling wand. They have got many nice color options for both pedicure and manicure. Not very expensive. Since this place is located in the neighborhood, I always prefer to go here. Appointments are easily available and attend the guests without any waiting time. Reschedule of appointments are done easily. They are very much customer friendly. This place is the worst !if you want nail art or your nails shaped a certain way then don’t come here. I asked the lady which is the owner of the nail salon that I wanted coffin shaped nails and she did my nails so crooked some skinny some longer than the other I couldn’t believe as the owner of a salon you don’t know how to do nails it’s crazy.I asked for a specific design she said she knew how to do and she really didn’t the nail art was so horrible I told her just take them off and do a more simple design she told me “no I don’t have time “ then while she was doin my nails she was trynna to micro manage the shop and be on the phone at the same time so her focus was not on my nails and it shows. After doin my nails she didn’t do the steps that she did for everyone else like massage my hands hot towel.Her husband was not pleasant as well.They show favoritism to there customers i will never go there again more ... less ...

I’ve been going here for quite a few months now and never really had an issue. I started having to go on the weekends due to work, and oh my god what a mistake. I started having to go on the weekends due to work, and oh my god what a mistake. I went yesterday and asked for an eyebrow threading and tinting. I waited for about 10/15 to see someone who works there (no problem they are short staffed- i get it) i told her it was no problem waiting. Two other ladies were waiting as well. She proceeded to rush me into the chair without even asking what I wanted. I had to stop her and tell her what I needed done. She rushed through my normally 35-40 min appointment in about 15. I have a nice gash on my lower eyelid now too. My eyebrows look awful too I spent all night scrubbing because she didnt ask what color tint i wanted and they’re way too dark. I wouldn’f have minded waiting!! I told her multiple times! I guess I should have come back another time. Won’t be returning. more ... less ...
