Find best hair and nail salon in Princeton , NJ

The last time I went there, that was end of April, I was not satisfied with their service. Most especially how this person treat me. The receptionist person at that time offended me. The receptionist person at that time offended me. The first time i went there the receptionist was really nice and kind. That was January. Bit this time its different receptionist. So i was done with my regular pedicure. The manicurist assisted me towards the desk where you pay their service and put my shoes on the chair near the entrance where you can dry your nail polish. So i paid the pedicure service & gave tip for my manicurist. Then i went to the chair and turned on the drying fan for pedicure, while sitting there and drying my nail polish, the receptionist went to me and said \"u need to pay $5 because you sit & use the drying fan\". She shouldve told me \"excuse me, in drying your nails we charge $5 for that\" . Instead she just approach me and say u \"need to pay $5 because you sit on this chair and use fan\".\nSo rude! more ... less ...

I decided to chop off all my super long hair on a whim. So I called and got lucky they just had a cancellation and so I could go in right then. I showed up and said I didnt care what my hair looked like afterwards I just I decided to chop off all my super long hair on a whim. Well I went in for a manicure and was given only a polish change, although they tried to charge me for the manicure on my way out until i said something. The overall attitude of the girl that did my nails is insane and i normally have good experiences here. This was awful tho. The quality of even a polish change…eek. My nails are all misshaped, she didn’t do enough coats of the polish and she was pretty rough with my hands. This may make me never want to go back here again to be honest. more ... less ...

This manicure had the same result and, when going back for a third time and asking for a different color, bubbles resulted yet again. During my third visit, the technician was rough with my nail beds and left a mark that hurt for days.\n\nI understand that bubbles can form if a polish is old but it seems that this salon has not kept active inventory. I appreciate their customer service in attempting to fix my manicure more than once, but I do not see myself going here again for this service. more ... less ...

Worst customer service ever. I had an appointment for my daughter myself, arrived I was told I didn’t have a appointment. I’m looking at the book with my name and my daughters name written in the book. When I p Worst customer service ever. When I pointed out I was told they were booked and their staff made a mistake. And then told to make an appointment for the following week mind you disappointment was make a week and a half prior. The one and only day off I had to take care of myself and my daughter in-service was not provided. They put the blame on their staff but to make things right, my name is in the book for an appointment I should’ve of been taken. Not sent away. Rude & unprofessional staff will never go there again. Make it so bad a white women came in after me with no appointment was told to come back at 4 pm for her nails. There very racist over there. Please don’t support this place. They Never considered how far I had to try for this appointment. And reply to your response you a liar never told me someone Else with to my nails. You need to make another appointment for next week when this appointment was made a week prior. The woman behind me a white woman to be exact came in with no appointment you offered her a 4 PM appointment to come back. That wasn’t fair.
