I’ve never received a service so poor in my life. I rarely write reviews like this, but wow. I came here after seeing the positive reviews, but the service here is beyond unprofessional. I came here after seeing the positive reviews, but the service here is beyond unprofessional. They told me to come in at 5PM, I came here exactly on time. They kept telling me two more minutes, two more minutes, 40 minutes passed. I have another appointment at 7, and they told me over the phone my nails would take 1.5hours for the gel. It would’ve been completely fine if they gave me a time estimate that was accurate. I could have spent that time trying to find somewhere else or returning home to pack and run my other errands needed before returning to the city. Yet none of them would make eye contact with me and wouldn’t even be transparent. I’m baffled. They should have just asked to reschedule it. more ... less ...

Only one stylist who is the owner works here. Charges a very high price (over $50) and she does not wash or dry your hair.
