A few times I was told I couldnt get an appointment. One of the times, was my birthday weekend! I called at 4:00 pm. (They close at 6 or 7)..was told yes at first. (They close at 6 or 7)..was told yes at first. Five minutes later, I received a call and told I could not be serviced. I have seen people walk in all the time ..late around 5:30 pm which is very close to closing time ..and get service.Lastly, Lyn the owner is moody and can be nasty with her attitude. Its because of her that I stopped going there. I took my money and business elsewhere and LOVE my new place. They do fabulous work and a lot cheaper than 42 Streets overly inflated prices. 😣🙅 more ... less ...

So I wanted to treat my mother to get her toes and nails done for her birthday, did some searching for stores that has good reviews. Ni nails and spa seem to have a very high rating and I am here today.\nMy mother and I were excited once we first walked in, staff are friendly, the place is nicely decorated and clean. I picked the spa pedicures for both of us. We loved soaking our feet in the jelly, and it was our new experience. Their massages feel like heaven and what ever they use smell so gooood, and it feels very relaxing.\nMy mom likes to have her nail extension with design (below are the pictures) . While we wait I would also get a manicure too. The lady was gentle, she did a nice job on my nails. And the result for moms was fantastic, she is happy. They all look like professionals. Thanks for taking care of us, we will be back.\n\nHighly recommend this place !!!! 💙💙 more ... less ...

My daughter and I visited this salon by appointment 6/10/2021. We were promptly greeted and serviced upon arrival. We had a great experience and were satisfied when we left the salon. We had a great experience and were satisfied when we left the salon. We both received gel polish manicures and traditional polish pedicures. However, less than a week later both my daughter (15) and my gel polish began to peel. This is extremely unusual, as our gel polish always last 2-3 weeks. I did re-visit the salon to get it fixed, thinking it was just one finger. Staff was extremely nice, and promptly fixed my nail. However, within 2 days the other fingers began to peel. I currently have a whole hand with missing polish. A few days after the gel polish began to peel my toe nail polish began to chip.\n\nWe recently relocated to the area and have been in search of a new nail salon. As our usual salon is in Pennsauken, and now that “outside” is open Rt. 42 is a pain navigating at times. However, after witnessing the quality of work at this nail salon my daughter and I have decided to battle the traffic and stick to what we know!\n\nAgain staff is extremely nice, personable and professional - hence why we gave them 1 star. Walked into the salon with only 1 woman working, asked how long the wait would be she said 15 minutes to finish, took a half hour just to be seated for a pedicure, she was rough with my feet, nail polish all over my toes Walked into the salon with only 1 woman working, asked how long the wait would be she said 15 minutes to finish, took a half hour just to be seated for a pedicure, she was rough with my feet, nail polish all over my toes and didn’t clean them up, I watched her use the same exact scrubber and heel filer on someone else right after she used it on me. Then the manicure I received was awful, my nails are uneven, there are cracks and smudges in my polish, she cut my finger from cutting the cuticles very roughly then blamed it on me for dry hands and moving. The lady had an awful attitude and made me feel like she could care less about my business there. Would definitely not recommend going there. Save your money and tip on people who actually take their time and care of your nails ✌🏻 more ... less ...
