I have never left a review for something in my lifetime. But yesterday I had to hold in tears as my technician did my nails. I am not sure what her name was, she did not introduce herself or speak to me at all besides w I have never left a review for something in my lifetime. I am not sure what her name was, she did not introduce herself or speak to me at all besides when I had to talk to her about fixing the design. It is not often I go to get my nails done and I had made sure ahead of time she could do the design I wanted BEFORE we started. Without hesitation she cut them far shorter than I wanted, this is would not usually get under my skin but I have never had a set this short. The process after that was fine up until the design portion. It was obvious my technician was not confident in her skill to draw my design. She was flustered, rushing, and redid certain things laughing nervously as she held it up for me to see. it’s so frustrating because I really tried with this salon. Went there and I didn’t like how my nails turned out but then I friend recommended a nail tech by name so I went again and I loved it. The problem is it’s so frustrating because I really tried with this salon. Went there and I didn’t like how my nails turned out but then I friend recommended a nail tech by name so I went again and I loved it. The problem is that their reservations are so messy. I always book with the same nail tech and they always try to send me with whoever so I have to tell them again that I booked with a specific one. That happened a few times till today when I waited for AN HOUR at the salon just for them to tell me that they didn’t have my reservation in their book. I don’t understand why they didn’t check when I first got there and let me sitting waiting all that time to then offer me to come back almost three hours later. more ... less ...
