Rosie and the gals are nice. I get good customer service there. However, the quality is a 3 out of 5. I can usually go 3 weeks with a gel manicure before it chips. Had 2 great previous experiences with Elaine. Unfortunately will not be coming back anytime soon. Recommend my significant other to get his dreads retwisted because she told me she had experience . That was not true, all of the dreads were significantly different sizes some tripled the size of others, she ripped or cut off dreads that she thought were damaged but were not. And to make matters worse she even knew she wasn’t doing a great job, because she stated that she could tell my s.o was not impressed. Ended up going to braids and things to get them fixed. Also for my last appointment she told me the wrong day so I had to come back the following day. When my s.o. had his appointment scheduled her shop was locked up and closed so we had to come back later. more ... less ...

Very upset I paid 55 for my acrylic nails to fall off in a week. And my pedicure to start chipping in 4 days.

I recently got a haircut again and wanted to share my thoughts about both times Ive been here. The first time was a 2-star experience. My hairdresser came highly reviewed and so my expectations were high. She cut my face I recently got a haircut again and wanted to share my thoughts about both times Ive been here. The first time was a 2-star experience. My hairdresser came highly reviewed and so my expectations were high. She cut my face-framing layers as if I had a center part, when I had a side part (which she confirmed), so they didnt fall correctly. Also, she was constantly distracted talking to her friends. Not the greatest service. In contrast, the second time was a 5-star experience! Unfortunately, I forgot the stylists name, but I hadnt asked for someone based on a review that time. I got whoever was available. And she was fantastic! I had a mullet from trying to cut my hair based on a YouTube tutorial during the height of the pandemic. She fixed it and layered my hair beautifully! She took her time, and she was focused and friendly. Overall, although Ive had mixed experiences here, this place is clean and the price is right. This is the only salon in the area I know of that allows you to get a haircut without a $30 blowout. I like that no-heat option, especially in the summer months when I can let my hair air dry in the warm breeze. more ... less ...

I never EVER write bad reviews being that we own businesses but I have to write this! I went to this place 2 weeks ago and got my nails done and had a great experience, so I decided to go back. I ask the woman (I don’t know her name, she is the older one in the front) if she can take my nails off and just do a manicure and she says “yes we have time” the younger Hispanic one starts mumbling in Spanish! I speak fluent Spanish and can understand EVERYTHING SHE IS SAYING ABOUT ME! I tried to remain calm as she is telling the other one that Bc of me she is going to be late and is tired of this. They both start helping which is fine. Then she has the audacity to start aggressively filing my nails, throwing around the machines and nail polished and saying in Spanish “how I have big balls”. After this aggresive display toward me and talking bad about me went on for 15 mins I got up took $20 out of my bag placed it on the table and walked out!\n\nThis is not how anyone runs a business! I would never EVER talk about a client and assume that they don’t understand my language! I UNDERSTOOD EVERY WORD!!! So disrespectful!
