I’ve been a customer on and off, due to price, location, and it’s open on Sunday’s. But the previous 2 times, my experience have convinced me never to return. But the previous 2 times, my experience have convinced me never to return. They owner is rude and chooses there availability, plus how and when to pay depending on the color of your SKIN! Sad but true. I strongly recommend avoiding this experience, if possible. A place of business that’s open to the public, should never be ran in this manor. Someone’s RACE should never play a roll in weather or not you are told how long to wait to be next or paying halfway through receiving services! As they say, this was the straw that broke the camels back, was my last visit to this place of business with my uncle with Parkinson’s. He was treated aggressively rude by the owner and looked upon with discuss by the male nail tech, because he couldn’t remain still 100% of the time in her chair and his nails wasn’t the prettiest. (Hints the reason for his visit). Plus she and the male tech, continued to converse within there language. I WILL NEVER RETURN! more ... less ...

I panicked, called this salon and they said to come in right away - they will fix this for me. I walked in to a nice, clean, and beautifully decorated salon. I loved the design details of the place. I was seated right away and the hair stylist took a look at my hair. She was patient, took a feel, and reassured me that she will take care of it :) The professionalism as well as how caring the staff was made me so relieved throughout the entire process. My hair came out a gorgeous blonde color with a beautiful blow out. The hair stylists are so talented! The owner Denise and her daughter Daniella checked in on me too to make sure I was content with everything. They are the sweetest women!\n\nThank you to the entire staff! I was blown away at my hair transformation. They put their heart and soul into making sure I would be happy. Payment was super easy, the prices are amazing - I was able to pay with my credit card. Had my nails done here on Christmas eve and within a day one of the nail broke. I went back to have it fixed and the woman there told me she had client and a next appointment so I would have to come back another day. She refused and I was really disappointed that was no way to treat a customer because I was in pain from the one that cracked. The nails were too thin thats why they broke. My hair is REALLY THICK & I only trust her with my hair (she has helped me grow it back out after I caused it some damage & I love my hair again because of her!) She is an exceptional & gifted person with a heart of Gold! Her salon is clean, sparkly & has a beautiful esthetic! She has an amazing personality & makes you feel at home. But, when a white woman walked into the nail salon someone greeted them with a hello. Also, I always tip and I understand the importance of tipping. But, they will literally scream out loud and ask for a tip for the whole nail salon to hear them. They don’t say thank you for the tip they just put the money in their apron and say bye. Everything was perfect. It was a little bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for and what I got was quality and satisfaction.
