I chose them pre-pandemic for their attention to sanitary and high quality practices. Sue ensures that customers are protected with her attention to disposable, one use items. Sue knows nails and offers honest and helpful advice to her customers. It’s not about getting customers in and out, it’s about creating a long relationship. I have limited time to pamper myself. Coming to Hera Nails is a wonderful way to relax and leave with beautiful nails. I needed my nail polish changes. The technicians started arguing with each other. They were loud and distracting especially since one of them was doing my polish change. My companion was waiting to have her pedicure sta I needed my nail polish changes. The technicians started arguing with each other. They were loud and distracting especially since one of them was doing my polish change. My companion was waiting to have her pedicure started but they tried to take another customer ahead to of her who didn’t have an appointment either. I was upset since they asked us to sign in and wait 25 minutes which we did gladly. But the arguing back and forth by the Technicians was upsetting. The tech squared off my nails and I wanted them rounded. I paid over $80.00 that day and left feeling horrible. Thank will not return there. more ... less ...

I got my nails done at Best Nails today. I initially went in for a regular manicure, but ended up getting the gel manicure because they only accept cash under $25. I do not regret getting the gel manicure and it turned o I got my nails done at Best Nails today. I initially went in for a regular manicure, but ended up getting the gel manicure because they only accept cash under $25. I do not regret getting the gel manicure and it turned out really nice. They are clean and professional and I wish I had known a few things before coming. The first one is that they only accept cash under $25. The second is that cutting your nails costs an additional amount as well. She simply filed my nails to shape and I was fine with that but I was pretty surprised by this. Overall, I had a great experience and my nails look great. I also think that it is a good sign that it was busy for a tuesday afternoon, which I was surprised by. more ... less ...

This was by far the worst salon I have ever been to. The lady doing my gel tip manicure made the shape so ugly and made it look so goopy. She was also so rude and knew she was doing a terrible job so got an attitude bc o This was by far the worst salon I have ever been to. She was this older lady with bangs and did not what she was doing. If you are going to get your nails done here which I highly don’t recommend, the only good person is David.
