The salon is clean but parking is horrible. Also my nail technician for the manicure was incredibly rude to me. Her response was to tell me my finger was crooked and then she proceeded to give me the filer and told me to do it myself!!! I can’t believe the nerve of her. this place is very clean and their nails are good, pedicures are good, but some of the workers are rude. I think the man’s name was “daymen” that’s what I saw on his nail drill. he’s done my nails 2 times now and he has been nothing but rude and aggressive. he will burn me with his drill which is fine because it happens everywhere, but he then proceeds to violently move my hand to the position he wants it to be in, and if it takes a second for my hand to get there he looks at me and rolls his eyes and then continues to aggressively pull my arm and smack my hand back down on the table, from what i notice everyone else seems nice, they are extremely nice to my mom but this one man is very rude to me. I could understand if I was a difficult costumer, but i’m very quite, i do what they want me to do and I just let them take charge. this has made me very turned off by this place. and it’s unfortunate that one rude person has ruined it for me. She cut the nails and when I saw that they were totally uneven and lumpy as she was filling I let her know it and she said “yeah Yeah I’ll reshape later. She started painting my nails and I said are you not going to fix the nail I showed you ? And she legit said NO to me. I paid 80 dollars for uneven lumpy nails. She refused to fix her own mistake. After I told her I would never be back again that’s when she decided to say ok I’ll fix it. Nope. Sorry Sue. Way too late for that. Now I’m walking around with one nail waaayyyy shorter than the other. more ... less ...

Every single time my manicure has air bubbles and I’m told “they go away in a few days”? What kinda service is that!?! I refuse to go here ever again it’s such a waste of money. Making an appointment doesn’t matter as they always take walk in customers first. I’m 20 years old and Jenny treats me like a child. She calls me “baby” and always puts different customers in front of me even if I make an appointment and tells me to be patient. Not sure if it’s my age, but my massages are always rushed and I feel belittled. I’m paying for full service and my pedicure maybe takes 10 minutes if I’m lucky. They are also rough and always end up poking or even cutting me with tools. Maybe if they didn’t rush service they won’t cut their customers. Never going here again. more ... less ...

I even showed him a picture for reference and they told me that they couldn’t do it….. So I looked at a gel polish that they had given to me and I chose out the color and the glitter that could possibly reach the expectation of the picture that I showed them! Not once were they willing to help. I call their bluff on “not knowing” how to do an ombre French manicure. The salon was like a ghost town. I won’t be wasting my money here again more ... less ...

I understand Spanish. But once again, I thought this not to be Barbaras fault. But last week I had completed the number of services required to get the 10% discount and they would not honor the full amount. The difference was small but I was offended that after all this time, they would argue over a small amount, which was not theirs to begin with. Ive gone here now twice, and my experience has always been positive. However, yesterday I got a manicure and I asked to have my old gel nails removed and get a fresh set. However, yesterday I got a manicure and I asked to have my old gel nails removed and get a fresh set. Instead of soaking them in acetone, the manicurist proceeded to use nail clippers to chip it off, and a fake nail to grind underneath it and peel it off. Not only was this extremely painful but it took him much longer to do. I was kinda shocked that he/she even kept going as my one nail was bleeding! Not only did the manicurist cover my bleeding nail with the gel, but also didnt bother to handle that one nail with a Lil more care. Next time, Ill just remove the gels myself, but overall the service and quality of my nails were as always beautiful. more ... less ...
