They always fix it.\n\nThe owner, Annie is sweet and professional. She is direct and has handled some not very nice customers firmly, yet respectfully.\n\nI have heard people complain of pricing at times but I think their prices are reasonable. They were cheaper before Covid but others charge more for the same.\n\nThe place is older looking but clean. I always see them cleaning. She is aware of what is going on at all times. She keeps to herself and doesn’t really engages in small talk but does care for her clients as she will remember the things you may have shaped in passing and everyone’s name.\n\nShe will ask how you are. And will not share an opinion unless asked. There is a level of professionalism and authority one must possess for their business. At times I feel she has been misunderstood as she has a serious demeanor.\n\nAnnie is a Lovable person. I always felt at home there. Before Covid you would be treated to coffee, bananas, and donuts if you wished. It was like a spa day before spas were popular. You would also get a small massage.\n\nThings have changed because of Covid and so have prices. It’s not just there. It’s everywhere.\n\nI went by yesterday eager to see them and get my nails done and I see there is renovations I don’t know if she sold the business but she will be missed.\n\nI see the girls are still there who are great. Came here for the first time for a manicure and pedicure. The work station where I was placed wasn’t the cleanest and they don’t use a plastic lining for the pedicure tubs which isn’t hygienic. I love this location! The quality work and price is unmatched. The ladies here are always friendly and do actual NAIL art for a reasonable price. I recommend everyone to this location

I am very disappointed with my service and not only was the service poor but I was heavily overcharged I normally give tips wherever I go no matter what. But this was One of the few times where I confidently left without tipping because of how poor the service was I dont recommend for anybody to waste their money here my little brother couldve done better than these workers I am highly disappointed with the service and performance. And it seemed like my nail tech didnt even want to do her job despite me paying extra for nail design I had to ask her why when she said she wouldnt do the design I want it which was a basic design a amateur can do. When I ask why I guess she didnt feel like explaining so she ended up doing a job with the design is self came out pretty OK no complaints on the design aspect but I do complain that Im paying extra $25 for gel and its chipping on the fourth day off of my acrylic nail. She only did two coats of polish and my nail is see-through in the lights never have I ever been to a high price nail salon where the service was poor! pick one! Are you going to overcharge or are you going to have bad service you cant do both! I gave them my money with grace and left I wasnt going to write this review until I realized that my nail fell off and my thumb is chipping after only four days. So I took a seat and no one even walked up to me to ask what service I was looking for. So about an hour and a half later I wondered if they even knew I was there so I go to one of the ladies who was with a client and I told her I wanted a gel manicure done. She looked at me and said when one of the ladies opens up, shell take me. Okay cool. I waited about 2 hours and so before I was seated in one of the nail techs chair. Who clearly looked and had the attitude of an over worked exhausted tech. I initially wanted 2 colors but the lady was so rude I opted out and just went with 1 color. I PAY FOR THE SERVICE I expect a well done job. The service was rushed through and sloppy and effortless. I didnt even want the hand massage. I just wanted to get out of here. Not going back. I WAS WRONG she gave me coffin nails. When I told the lady this isn’t what I wanted she then proceeds to say “your fingers are too skinny to achieve that shape” and “she did the best she could”. Like that wasn’t bad enough, she agreed to do my lashes as well and that was even worse. She had me lay down while she took her sweet time with another client then comes back to start my lashes only to say she has another client and has to reschedule. A plain regular polish for $50 when I already had nails on 😐. I would never go back. He also made me bleed and made my nails uneven and crooked. One hand is longer than the other and he was very painful. I do not recommend going to the owner for nails. I also don’t like the prices. He told me $25 on the phone or $35 for gel.
