I would never get my nails done with the male worker he had done my nails and did everything wrong when I had told him multiple times what to do I even showed him the picture. I have been going to this salon for many years. I am quite satisfied and enjoy the experience. Except the last time. During my manicure, the tech dropped her tool on the floor. They are absolutely horrible. Got to the business just before 7pm, barely finished nails around 10:10pm. When waxing my eyebrows, not only did my eyebrows get waxed, but so did my hairline. Then charged me full price even after I informed them I was not happy with the results of my nails (as the dip powder was over the top of my cuticles, and when filling the shape, the shape of the nail was over lapping my actual nail bed and my finger.$ and was not willing to have them finished. When I informed her I didn’t want them finished, she tried to pull my hand back and then raised her voice and said she was finishing them. She did not. Didn’t allow her to do so. While visiting Las Cruces, my husband & I stopped in for a pedicure. Paula & Tiara were so great. They did a great job and were so friendly. We will definitely return on our next trip to Las Cruces!

POSH is aesthetically pleasing, and when looking at the prices, I thought I would get a great deal. What I got for a $40 pedicure, was a nail trim and paint. What I got for a $40 pedicure, was a nail trim and paint. I paid $40+ tip for something I could have done at home. The bench seating is uncomfortable and you can’t recline at all, even a little. No massage, no lotions, no foot scrubbing, no offered drinks of any kind or ANYTHING. I literally walked in, put my feet in water, got my nails trimmed, painted, and left. And somehow that took 40 minutes. Will not recommend this place and will not be back. The place is pretty and they’re friendly, but so not worth $40 more ... less ...

HORRIBLE SERVICE even the lines for the white are all uneven and most of them don’t come all the way around to the other side of the nail (line a french tip should) she rushed the whole thing.
