worst manicure ever! I said dont trim cuticles he butchered them hurt for a week. cut my nails all crooked so short that i just had a stupid sharp point on some with flat ends! _^_I stopped halfway through , the guy does worst manicure ever! First time here. Got me in at the last minute, since I called. Felt like V.I.P. Time is Money. They won my business, others lucked out. Most friendly staff, and could relate to mom issues LOL. The prices online are deceiving and the instructor was wanting to quote me a price that was $39+ more than I was expecting to pay for highlights(because my hair is long which is not the least bit indicated on the website pricing)... $98 for haircut and highlights is close to what youd pay at a real salon! But I opted to still get a haircut and Im so glad thats all I got! My haircut was checked by an instructor and took over 1 & 1/2 hrs. I wasnt shown my haircut with a mirror and my stool was too low to see it during the cut... Needless to say when I got home and pulled my hair forward to inspect it more closely, the right was a full 2 inches shorter than the left, she had cut 4-5 inches off instead of the trim of 2 inches we had discussed and it looks Extremely choppy and uneven throughout... It is hands down the worst haircut Ive ever had... Im very disappointed... Do yourself a favor and buy a groupon for a nice salon where the stylist is just trying to get extra business with good deals. I hate to complain but I think consumers should have some accurate feedback on this place. more ... less ...

This is seriously the worst Polish job Ive ever gotten. I paid for the Deluxe pedicure ($40)and the service was fine but when I chose regular polish instead of Gel I could tell they werent too happy. I paid $3 to remove the gel polish i had before and went with regular. I wont return to this shop. This is my third visit. 3 strikes and Im out. Now I have to clean up my own polish job at home. I paid $53 because there is no option for no tip on the card reader. I gave the lowest they allow 15% .\n\nSecond visit I hated the thickness of the dip. Also he did not size match each nail so some are different lengths. and the gentleman who did them refused to do short coffin. A shape I get always at any shop I go to. Not sure why he wouldnt do them. And he was too lazy to remember the nail colors I picked out. He told me I had to remember them for him. Ive never had a nail tech ask me, the customer , to remember my own number color for them. Its part of thier job. He had to asked several times which colors I wanted. When grabbing them. This was unprofessional. Never experienced that at all. Not impressed. more ... less ...

Cindy is AWESOME!! First of all I did not have an appointment and came in close to closing time. Cindy came over to me and said there would be a wait but if she had to stay late she would. I told her my hands looked elegant and its been such a long time since someone did them so good. Mind you I get manicures every three weeks. Been using this salon for 4+ years as a regular customer--especially with Lee..giving generous tips--including $40 last Christmas during COVID. I was 10 min late to a Friday appointment as I ran into traffic driving down from Los Alamos (90 min drive). I walked in the shop and Lee had already taken a walk-in. Other two technicians were free. Instead of asking if I wanted someone else to do my pedicure, she told me I had to wait as the young guy (nephew) approached me and began yelling at me that I was late!!! I was so stressed and flustered that I threw up my hands and left. I havent been back since! Hope other customers are not treated with this lack of respect, disloyalty, insensitivity, and unprofessionalism! more ... less ...
