Only 1 person working. Wouldnt do any designs completely messed up my nails. Left bubbles in every nail will not come back.

Well she went in today and they told her flat out no, that she waited too long. It hasn’t even been a full week yet and almost all the gems have fallen off besides the nails being complete trash. Walmart could have done a better job for real. Well anyways I saw something post they got a fungal infection after going there and Cindy the owner also told me to call the health department. They are beyond unprofessional and horrible at doing nails. So please please please share share share and get the word out so this doesn’t happen to any other little girls who are getting one put over on them for being young and not being rude. I tried so hard to get her money back cause she worked hard for that money and doesn’t get a whole lot of hours because of her age. So again please share. Thank you. more ... less ...

I had fashion color put in my hair and it barley lasted a few weeks. I have since had it done again at another salon and have washed it several times since, and it still has not faded as much as it did after a single wash from when it was done here. When I got it redone, it was 6 weeks since it was done here and there was zero remnants of color remaining. I came in with my mom for a fill and was having a great experience at first. Then I checked my nails and noticed they werent filed very nicely or evenly so I asked the man if he could fix them. He went from telling me my finger was just crooked, to trying to hand me the file to do it myself, to throwing his hands up saying he gave up. The whole time, I tried to tell him it was okay if he couldnt make them even but he just kept telling me I was wrong. Ive gotten my nails done for years, this is the first time Ive had a problem with a nail tech not being able to get my nails straight. I was transferred to a different tech and was able to leave feeling very good about the end result.
