Manicure was super quick. This was my second manicure pedicure ever but it was a great experience and my nails look great. Looking forward to going back. The absolute worse! I have given this place 3 chances and every single time I regret going. I always get a gel manicure and it comes off completely after 2/3 days. It’s been a week and I feel like the nail plate should have been prepped better to avoid lifting so quick.\n\nCould be better on the hygiene aspect, sanitizing machines could use a clean. Some rags look like they haven’t been cleaned or replaced but that could just be me. Service is great and they are open to all types of designs and will happily add cute little stickers. I get my pedi from Rosa. The ladies on here are so nice. Not like when you go to some nil salons and everyone is ignoring you and doing what they want to. I GOT ROBBED… I went to this nail salon 2 weeks ago and got their gel powder manicure with the extensions and a mini spa pedicure. They charged me $90. They charged me $90. I went again today and told the lady that I wanted a fill on my extensions and a mini spa pedicure (the same thing as before except with a fill). Instead she took off my extensions, I guess her idea was to do a new full set. I said forget it and just give me a regular French manicure, she suggested the powder so I said fine. At the end she charged me $103 ! Which was more than I paid before and my design was more complex last time. I only had $100 in cash (YES I WAS PAYING CASH) and they made me walk to an atm to get $3. I do suffer from ingrown toenails and excessive skin growth on my toes (mainly my fat toes) she goes in all the right places to not harm you but to get the job done! I absolutely love these three ladies and there needs to be more technicians with the same attention to detail and quality of the customers happiness. The staff speaks enough English to know what you are asking for and any adjustments to the manicure. The price is the same as other local areas. Ive always been able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time.\n\nI will continue to go to this salon.\n\nDown side: I wish the staff wouldnt speak in non-English so much in front of clients. It makes the clients feel like they are talking about you.
